My uncle Fred....He was the most loving careing uncle to us kids..
When my mother died when we were babies it was uncle Fred that helped make our lives a happy time ..he just loved kids..He had 1 son that he doted on too. He would be the one making us kids an igloo of snow ...he would be the one to take us to pick blackberries and wimberries on the mountain..
He lost his wife early in 1970 from flu Epiedemic of the time which left him caring for his own child and having to go to work...he was a great father and uncle..I miss him..
Uncle fred used to come to visit me here in Birmingham on the back of his son's motorbike all the way from Wales and he done that till he was 70yrs old...
My last words to him was "I love you Uncle Fred ,remember that " Im glad I said that to him as I never saw him again ...
My uncle Fred was loved by us all...a great man....
